Where It All Began.

I didn't start my career with a huge following, a fully booked diary or a business that made five figures a month.

I started with a passion for aesthetics, a willingness to learn and some pretty big ambitions.

Over the years, I've worked my way through the industry, gained experience treating thousands of client concerns, developed my own techniques and grown into a lead practitioner role.

And along the way? I've made mistakes, invested in education, tried things that didn't work, learnt what actually does and experienced pretty much every emotion that comes with running an aesthetics business. 😂

Because here's something nobody really tells you when you qualify...

Learning how to inject is one thing. Learning how to build a successful business around it is something completely different.

And that second part? That's where everything started to change for me.

Here's where my story gets interesting.

There was a point in my career when my aesthetics business was generating five-figure months while I was spending as little as eight hours a week working in clinic.

Yep, you read that right.

And before you think I discovered some magical secret... I didn't. 😂

What I did discover was the importance of understanding the business behind the treatments.

Knowing how to position yourself, attract the right clients, market your services, price your expertise and create systems that allow your business to grow without demanding every waking hour of your life.

Of course, it didn't happen overnight. There was plenty of hard work, trial and error and learning along the way.

But it completely changed how I looked at success.

Because what's the point of building a successful business if you never get the freedom to enjoy it?

And that's something I'll always encourage the practitioners I mentor to think about.

Why I Created TAM.

The more experience I gained, the more I realised just how many talented aesthetics practitioners were struggling with the business side of the industry.

Practitioners who were amazing at what they did but couldn't fill their diaries.

Practitioners who spent hours creating content without seeing bookings.

Practitioners who had invested thousands into training but had never really been taught how to turn those skills into a profitable business.

And I kept thinking...

Why are we taught so much about performing treatments, but so little about building a business that actually works?

That's when The Aesthetics Mentor was born.

I wanted to create the kind of education I would have loved access to when I was building my own career.
